Nice, quiet well run place. There was ample food options in the breakfast room and the friendly helpful staff stayed on top of refilling everything in a timely manner. The 2 Uniformed guards outside my room 24/7 gave me a strange Welcome to Kabul feeling I didn't expect at a Comfort Inn in Canada. On the upside those lads were very friendly and helpful.

The room is big and the bed is excellent. The bathroom is big, always clean, with a very good shower. Bring your own toiletry shampoo, soap, everything. The breakfast is simple but good enough.

The choices for breakfast were good and the room was simple. The bed was comfortable and they allowed pets which was very convenient for us and our 30 pound dog. The location is right off the highway in Laval, so super easy to get downtown or anywhere else you want to go.

Hotel was super clean and renovated, good bed, linens, towels etc. The BATH was dangerously slippery. Only a breakfast bag, many restaurants are open so it was disappointing that Comfort Inn chose not to open the breakfast room. In addition - no coffee/ tea facility in room which is a low-cost frill. I had knee surgery and it was inconvenient to go to the lobby for a cup of coffee in a small disposa le cup. No housekeeping, another Covid excuse: zero risk by contact in making beds when occupants are out, clean up bathroom etc. My toilet clogged: I was asked to go to the front desk to get a plunger...... Full rate with no service, I found the front desk staff a were short with me- not very busy and computers slow according to clerk, 10 mins for one creditcard transaction?? Im paying the same rates or more for greatly reduced service in a utility hotel . I will be making another choice next time
